This is monkeyshyne.com, yes I know most people spell it monkeyshine with and "i", but we are special. monkeyshine by definition means playful in a naughty or teasing way. And if you have seen us you know we are all about the naughty... monkeyshyne is an acoustic rock band with layered harmonies, melodies and rock guitars. We are not mad at our parents so we are not your average rock band. We love to have fun and make memories and isn't that what it's all about.
Because We Enjoy It...
...And that is why will we be back out in Temple Texas at Bums Sports Bar on the 30th of August. We might as well just admit we are back... Maybe not like we used to be, but back. All of us are totally pumped about getting to continue to play shows together. And getting to see all the great people we have met over the years is like the icing on the cake. And don't worry we do plan on playing in Dallas, Wichita Falls and Tyler soon. We are taking our sweet time this time, so be patient... it will be that much more worth it!
