This is monkeyshyne.com, yes I know most people spell it monkeyshine with and "i", but we are special. monkeyshine by definition means playful in a naughty or teasing way. And if you have seen us you know we are all about the naughty... monkeyshyne is an acoustic rock band with layered harmonies, melodies and rock guitars. We are not mad at our parents so we are not your average rock band. We love to have fun and make memories and isn't that what it's all about.

Welcome Back!

Welcome back to the new and improved monkeyshye.com (yah right). Well it isn't so new, nor is it that improved, but at least it is back. Yes we are still around, and yes we still play shows, just not as much as we used to when we were young and kidless.

As you can see Oz is still sexy and Keith is still willing to sport a pink bass.

I am still me, writing smart-ass comments on blogs hoping to one day reach my teenage dream of owning a video arcade.
